[August 2026] 🎤

I organized and chaired the invited session Innovations in Statistical Learning for Mental Health Research at the 2026 Joint Statistical Meetings, bringing together researchers to discuss recent advances in statistical learning, machine learning, and AI methods for mental health research. I also chaired the contributed session Causal Inference and Data-Driven Clinical Decision Frameworks, facilitating presentations on emerging methodologies for causal inference and precision medicine. In addition, I received an an Early Career Travel Award from the American Statistical Association in recognition of my work on data fusion and precision medicine.

I co-chaired the 12th Annual Canadian Statistics Student Conference. The conference featured a keynote by Dr. Richard J. Cook and a workshop by Dr. Jiguo Cao, and brought together researchers and students to share cutting-edge work, engage in lively discussions, and build meaningful connections.
